A course suitable for those new to Yoga and those wanting a gentler Yoga practice. There are only 10 spaces available.

About the event
This is a 12 week course divided into two 6 week blocks.
12/05 - 16/06
The first block has a focus on the breath: learning to breathe correctly and movement with awareness of the breath.
23/06 - 28/07
In the second six weeks, we will build in Pranayama practices (control the breath and Prana) as well as introducing asanas (physical static postures). Every class ends with relaxation.
Working with a step by step approach ensures you are practicing in the right way for you and are more able to notice the subtle changes: of the body and mind.
It is a course suitable for those new to Yoga and those that have practiced Yoga previously. We are always learning!
There are only 10 spaces available.
The course is £84 but can be split into two 6 week payments of £42.
