We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques.  These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body.
