GENERAL YOGA

TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY

6 - 7:30pm - St James Church Hall, Pyle

We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. 


These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'. 

Everyone and every body can 'do' Yoga. Start your journey today and discover a happier, stronger you!

BEGINNERS YOGA

There are currently no beginners courses running.

I can work with you on a one to one basis to create a bespoke beginners practice.

General classes are also suitable for those new to Yoga.

Beginners courses are taught in blocks of five weeks.

They are the perfect way to learn some of the basic, or key, techniques and practices before heading to a general class. You can choose to stay for another block of five for as long as you like! 

The classes are structured in the same way as a general class, with less content, so we can focus on fewer practices. Handouts are also given during the first block in September.

Sometimes we want something more personal. 

One to one sessions provide you with a personalised Yoga plan, daily practices and importantly that individual time.

One to one Yoga sessions are ideal for those wanting to focus on something specific or for those that cannot attend a large group class.

Offering Yoga for well being or as an alternative experience for a close gathering will certainly lift the spirits of all involved!

Yoga is also an excellent way to begin self-care and well being in the workplace or at home. 

These sessions are tailor made just for you, ensuring everyone benefits and has a memorable experience.

Class pricing structure from September 2023

I will offer classes as a block of a number of weeks. I appreciate that this can be expensive as a one off payment so please let me know if you would find a payment plan more accessible. If you are unable to attend your regular class you are welcome to attend a different class (space permitting) but missed classes cannot be carried forward.

Drop in classes are available in all general Yoga classes at £10 per session (space permitting)
