Classes and Events: Welcome

930 - 1045am - Ty'n Cellar Hall, SA13 2PD

6 - 7:30pm - St James Church Hall, Pyle

We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques.

These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'.

Everyone and every body can 'do' Yoga. Start your journey today and discover a happier, stronger you!

There are currently no beginners courses running.

Beginners courses are taught in blocks of five weeks.

They are the perfect way to learn some of the basic, or key, techniques and practices before heading to a general class. You can choose to stay for another block of five for as long as you like!

The classes are structured in the same way as a general class, with less content, so we can focus on fewer practices. Handouts are also given during the first block in September.

Yoga and Sound

Coming soon - February date TBC

Join us for a deeply relaxing session of Yoga and Sound.

Louise is offering a very restorative Yoga class, bringing about balance and freeing the mind and body of stress - subconscious and conscious.

Alex will take you through an amazing journey of sound as you lay back and let go of anything that might be left! To complete the evening, don't rush off. Join us for a cup of chai.

We will all bring a small vegan dish to share as an early dinner in between the two sessions. Full information is sent out via email.

There are only 10 spaces available.

Your space is booked once payment is received.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.
