GENERAL YOGA

TUESDAY

Tuesday evening class coming in November!

We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. 

 

These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'.

Dynamic Yoga

MONDAY

630 - 730am - St James Church Hall, Pyle Road, CF33 6AE​

Thursday evening class coming in November!

Dynamic yoga offers a more physical practice, at a slightly faster pace than the general class. Focus is still with the breath and movement with relaxation to end.

​

The classes are structured in the same way as a general class, giving you the opportunity to combine the mindful movements of Yoga in a safe and welcoming space whilst working a little harder!

Easy Yoga

FRIDAY

630 - 730am - St James Church Hall, Pyle Road, CF33 6AE

Easy Yoga is perfect for those that want, or need, to take it a bit more gently. All practices will be considered carefully to the needs of the class. Chairs will be encouraged in many of the sessions and there will be fewer 'impact' practices.​

The classes are structured in the same way as a general class, giving you the opportunity to combine the mindful movements of Yoga in a safe and welcoming space whilst working a little gentler!

YOGA WORKSHOPS

✨Christmas can be a draining time of year. Physically, mentally and emotionally. We can be in demand from ourselves and others. Taking time to pause and reflect, deliberately offering ourselves 'down time' urges the body to recharge and reset.

✨This Yoga workshop will be about restoring that energy and letting go of the tensions we feel and those hiding under the surface.

 

A short break with some light refreshments will be provided too.

I currently have space for two one to one students.

Sometimes we want something more personal. 

One to one sessions provide you with a personalised Yoga plan, daily practices and importantly that individual time.

One to one Yoga sessions are ideal for those wanting to focus on something specific or for those that cannot attend a large group class.

Offering Yoga for well being or as an alternative experience for a close gathering will certainly lift the spirits of all involved!

Yoga is also an excellent way to begin self-care and well being in the workplace or at home.

These sessions are tailor made just for you, ensuring everyone benefits and has a memorable experience.

Class pricing structure from September 2024

Commitment to a regular practice will always be the most beneficial.

To help you achieve this I offer reduced rate block bookings.

A block of 10 sessions is £75 and a block of 5 sessions is £40. You can attend any classes and as many as you choose in the week. All I ask is that the 10 sessions are taken within 10 weeks and 5 sessions taken within 5 weeks.

However, I know that we all lead different lives so drop in classes are also available at £10 per class.
