Wednesday classes are held in the Talbot Community Centre in Kenfig Hill.

It is a large, light and airy space allowing adequate room for all of us.

Friday morning, we meet in the beautiful Ty'n Cellar Community Hall, 5 minutes from North Cornelly.

All you need is water, a mat, blanket and you!

We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. 

These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'.

STARTING 12th MAY 2022 - All spaces currently reserved but contact to be added to the waiting list.

This is a 12 week course designed in a step by step manner. Introducing you to different breathing practice and gentle body movements in the first six weeks. We then build in Pranayama practices, controlling the breath and practice different Asanas during the second six week block.
The beginner's course is suitable for those new to Yoga, those that want a gentler practice and for everyone. We are all beginning somewhere!

Spring is a time to bring challenges to the body and mind! 

I will lead you through two classes giving you the opportunity to develop strength of body and mind whilst maintaining a harmonious practice.

In the morning class we will energise the body - exploring practices that are more active.

After the break we will focus on releasing tensions and stresses through various twists before bringing about a feeling of  balance and harmony. Both classes comprise physical practices, pranayama and relaxation.

Sometimes we want something more personal. 

One to one sessions provide you with a personalised Yoga plan, daily practices and importantly that individual time.

One to one Yoga sessions are ideal for those wanting to focus on something specific or for those that cannot attend a large group class.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Kenfig Nature Reserve. A day of yoga to take your practice a little further leaving you relaxed and energised. 

Delicious good food will be provided and a walk to enable transition between the morning and afternoon sessions. 

Spaces will be limited to ensure an intimate session.

Offering Yoga for well being or as an alternative experience for a close gathering will certainly lift the spirits of all involved!

Yoga is also an excellent way to begin self-care and well being in the workplace or at home. 

These sessions are tailor made just for you, ensuring everyone benefits and has a memorable experience.

Class pricing structure from September 2021

I will offer classes as a term time block. I appreciate that this can be expensive as a one off payment so there is an option to pay per the half term. If you are unable to attend your regular class you are welcome to attend the other class but missed classes cannot be carried forward.

Drop in classes are available to those who can't commit to the full term timetable. 

Single classes are £9 per session.
