CLASSES

Wednesday classes are held in the Talbot Community Centre in Kenfig Hill.

It is a large, light and airy space allowing adequate room for all of us.

Friday morning, we meet in the beautiful Ty'n Cellar Community Hall, 5 minutes from North Cornelly.

All you need is water, a mat, blanket and you!

 

GENERAL YOGA

We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. 


These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'.

Spend time connecting with yourself and letting go of negative tensions of the body and mind.

Stay for a cuppa and a piece of cake afterwards and spend a little time chatting with others.

One to one sessions provide you with a personalised Yoga plan, daily practices and importantly that individual time.

One to one Yoga sessions are ideal for those wanting to focus on something specific or for those that cannot attend a large group class.

The Sound of Yoga

Why do we chant in Yoga? Why is it so important? 

Among other practices, we will explore three beautiful Nada Yoga practices that offer very different energies! 

The vibrations we can create with up to 4 simple sounds can be very powerful.


Set in the gorgeous space at Ty'n Cellar Community Hall. This space has a wondeful energy and ample room for a walk in the outside. 

Food will be catered by the delicious Calm and Kind.

Offering Yoga for well being or as an alternative experience for a close gathering will certainly lift the spirits of all involved!

Yoga is also an excellent way to begin self-care and well being in the workplace or at home. 

These sessions are tailor made just for you, ensuring everyone benefits and has a memorable experience.

Class pricing structure from September 2021

I will offer classes as a term time block. I appreciate that this can be expensive as a one off payment so there is an option to pay per the half term. If you are unable to attend your regular class you are welcome to attend the other class but missed classes cannot be carried forward.

Drop in classes are available to those who can't commit to the full term timetable. 

Single classes are £9 per session.
